For the safety and well-being of participants and others, we request all registrants to adhere to the following Covid-19 guidelines:

Individuals (including staff, event hosts, and attendees) should not step outdoors if they—or anyone in their household—are displaying any of the following symptoms:

  • Fever (100.4F or higher)
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Diarrhea
  • Chills
  • Repeated shaking with chills
  • Muscle pain
  • Headache
  • Sore throat
  • New loss of taste or smell
  1. Ensure you use hand sanitizer or wash your hands with soap and water frequently.
  2. Maintain physical distancing of 2 meters (or the length of a hockey stick) from other individuals at all times.
  3. If you need to cough or sneeze, please do so into your elbow or arm.
  4. Masks: For safety of all, registrants to the run are requested to wear non-medical masks in indoor public spaces. Individuals can remove the mask as long as they maintain a two-meter distance from others. Please note that event participants are required to provide their own masks.
  5. If you start to feel unwell for any reason, no matter how minor the symptoms, please put on a mask if you have one and then head home for the health and safety of everyone.
